Despites all the challenges we have been facing since COVID-19 our team keeps growing andgaining shape, inside and outside of Portugal. This way M&T Group has the chance to expandand explore new markets like Belgium and Holland and to fortify its presence in Latin America. M&T is also investing in employee training to guarantee that qualified services are provided to each customer.

This year we were all obliged to reinvent ourselves in order to keep working effectively and to provide a service with quality to our clients. Our group managed to keep the business running with employees working with different schedules and by becoming more digital. No travelling allowed but always available to visit and communicate virtually.
